More about Meshcapade
Meshcapade is revolutionizing the world of 3D human body modeling, sizing, and animation. We use a state of the art statistical model of human body shape and motion. Our goal is to make animating, simulating, and recognizing human bodies effortless, and to bring realistic virtual humans into simulation and 3D environments.
Our startup is based in Tübingen, Germany. We are a spinoff from the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems. Our products are already being used extensively in research and apparel, and we intend to further extend these use cases to biomechanics, games/XR and film. Using machine learning and computer vision, we model the nuances of human shape and movement. We build automation from 3D & 4D scans, RGB-D sequences, Mocap, IMU and photos, bringing realistic human models to life in everyday environments.
